If you're a caregiver for an older friend or relative (or even for a younger person), your time is precious. You need advice, help and information, but your resources are limited. Mid-East Area Agency on Aging has designed this guide for those who might only have an hour to spend on the Internet. Even if you are using the computer at your nearest library branch or at a friend's house, you should be able to get helpful information from the Web sites listed below in a very short time. Just click on the name of a site or item listed for the site to see the information.

Good place to start for those just beginning caregiving duties. More quick articles, several on topics not covered at other sites.
Whether you’re an older adult, a disabled adult or a family caregiver, the Missouri Alliance of Area Agencies on Aging can inform you on services and programs that can help maintain an independent lifestyle.
